$5 per person x 100 world wide viewers x 5 days a week
= $2,500 per week x 4 = $10,000 per mo
minus $100 rent.

IN OUR CONFERENCE ROOM :

$50 per person x 100 world wide viewers
= $5,000 Per Event
minus the up to $500 for our sliding scale fee of up to 10%.

IN OUR COMEDY/STORYTELLING ROOM :

$10 per person x 20 viewers per day x 7 days a week x 4 weeks
= $5,600 per mo
minus up to $560 for our sliding scale fee of up to 10%.

IN OUR CINEMA ROOM
SELLING AND SHOWING YOUR FILMS :

$5 per film per viewer x 25 viewers x 7 days a week
= $875 per week x 4 = $3,500 per mo
minus $100 rent.

IN OUR CONCERT ROOMS AS A PRESENTER :

$50 per person x 100 world wide viewers
= $5,000 Per Event
minus up to $500 for our sliding scale fee of up to 10%.

IN OUR OPEN HOSTED CHAT ROOMS
AND/OR CLOSED CONSULATION CHAT ROOMS :

2 hrs per day / 5 days a week = 40 hrs per mo x $150 per hr average
= $6000 per mo income minus $100 rent.

FROM YOUR MERCHANCISE PURCHASED
FROM YOUR BIOGRAPHY PAGE :

$15 per item x 20 sold per day x 4 weeks
= $8,400 per mo
minus a $50 merchandise display fee.

These are very low estimates to make the examples realistic.
There is great potential here though to earn a great living with us.

After your initial Biography Page is set up you will be responsible for maintaining it.

And please set up a Pay Pal Account for yourself if you do not have one.

THE COST OF SPACE RENT:

CHAT ROOMS :

$100 Per Month for each room you work out of. We set the per minute price the public pays.

CLASS ROOM :

$100 Per Month. You set your own fees for classes.

CINEMA ROOM :

$100 Per Month. You set your own fees for viewing of your films.

CONFERENCE, COMEDY/STORYTELLING AND CONCERT ROOMS :

You pay a sliding scale per event fee to us, not to exceed 10% of the gross.
You set your own per-person price for your event fees.
You will need to provide us with a DVD or video of your activity
for upload to our site for pay per view and for sale.

REGARDING SPACE RENT FOR AUGUST, 2008

For those Hosts, Instructors and Film Makers who can pay when they start it will be just a $100 space rent fee ( with no merchandise ) and $150 if you have items to display for sale on your biography page. You will be able to work in any and all of the Chat Rooms, the Classroom and display Films in the Cinema Room all month long for this price so that you can figure out which format(s) fit you best and find out where you can make your best income. This a really fair rate because the usual charges will be $100 per room that you work out of per month plus the $50 merchandise display fee so when you start working on Wise Web Chat it could be anywhere from $100 per month ( for one room ) up to $350 ( for more than one room ). The Conference, Comedy/Storytelling and Concert rooms are a sliding scale fee ( depending on your yearly income ) that isn't paid until your event is over.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
AND OURS :

Please read the following and electronically sign that you have done so.

WISE WEB CHAT :

• We at Wise Web Chat will be a renting space to you to develop a following and increase your client base and thus your income. We reserve the right to set the price for room rent, per minute chat prices and merchandise display fees. You set the prices for everything else.

• We will make our money from low monthly fees for people joining Wise Web Chat as members, from renting space in our rooms and from advertisements on the site.

• We will be bringing traffic to the site so that you and we can engage in the economics of abundance and earn a great income.

• We will be responsible for technical site issues, for customer service as it relates to Wise Web Chat and for dealing with our members' issues.

• We will be giving free web site orientation classes and chat room operations classes to our Independent Contractors.

• We will be responsible for maintaining and updating the schedules for the rooms.

• Wise Web Chat is responsible for advertisements on the site, our own Pay Pal account, and our own virtual office management.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR HOSTS,
CONSULTANTS, INSTRUCTORS, AND PRESENTERS :

• You, as in Independent Contractor, will be our tenant and use our web site to do business with the public.

• You will make your money from people making repeat visits to your rooms and/or from attending your classes and conferences and from the public purchasing merchandise from your biography page.

• You will be responsible for the return business in your rooms and for your own popularity as well as responsible for your own resulting customer service issues. If there is an unusual number of complaints about a consultant from our members and viewers we will review how compatible your services are with Wise Web Chat's vision and purpose.

• You will be encouraged to invite Wise Web Chat visitors and members to become part of your private business.

• You will be responsible for your own standard and/or panoramic web cams, and for photos of yourself and merchandise to be uploaded to the site.

• You will be responsible for creating and maintaining your own Pay Pal account.

• You will be responsible for the content and theme of your chats, classes and/or conferences and any resulting customer service issues regarding these activities and the non-offensive nature of such. Wise Web Chat is not legally or otherwise responsible for any advice or information you share with the public.

• You will be responsible for submitting via email your weekly schedule ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE each week or we will not be able to post it for that next week.

• You will be responsible for being in the rooms on time and for the schedule you submit. If you are not able to follow your schedule on any given day you are responsible for alerting Wise Web Chat of this so your room time can be filled by an “on call “ consultant. If you miss more than two scheduled room times without notification you will taken off the schedule for the rest of that month without a refund of your room rent. We will have “ on call “ consultants so there is no need for time slots to be empty at any time during a month.

• You will be responsible for creating your own initial Biography Page and submitting it to us for upload to the site. After that, you will maintain your schedules on your page and any photos for up load. We reserve the right to reject inappropriate photos or merchandise.

• You will be responsible for your own photograph for up load into the rooms you will be working out of.
